Each workshop runs for six weeks, on Tuesday or Thursday nights, from either 4-6:00 pm or 7-9:00 pm.

The classes are limited to six, intentionally small, to allow for plenty of individual attention, and to give students the opportunity to work at their own pace.
I teach traditional, classical techniques, with unique exercises designed to inspire as well as educate. My constant goal is to help, encourage and motivate each individual student.
Although usually seen only as a step towards painting, drawing is an art in itself, and it’s actually quite a thrill for me to watch my students' reaction as they see form created from nothing but light and shadow, with a depth of detail sometimes hidden by the addition of color. With time and practice, as they begin to experiment and develop their own personal style, they often find that the simple act of putting pencil to paper has become the beginning of a lifelong passion.
My studio is small, intimate and airy, with an outside patio area suitable for working in natural light if students wish to do so.
